The proposal forobtaining NOC for the Proposed CBSE/CISCE/IGCSE/IB School project needs to be done in accordance to the norms prescribed by concerned state government.

The proposal needs to be prepared and processed as per the provisions of the Act, Rules and all corresponding relevant government orders, the proposal is legally valid provided the aforementioned organization meets the infrastructural, financial and manpower requirements delineated in these laws, rules and orders.
